Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in compliance, risk, and regulatory processes
• Participate in rotations across Group Functions
• Collaborate with senior professionals and mentors
• Contribute to compliance projects and reporting
• Support business with compliance training and advisory
• Build skills through structured learning pathways and coaching

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree or Honours in: Business Commerce, Risk, Legal, or Audit
• South African citizenship
• Under the age of 30
• Maximum of two years’ work experience
• Minimum 65% average across all years of study
